Create your local user.
Continue → Enter your details → Create Account
- Choose a User ID and password.
- Create and confirm an admin password.
- Keep the admin password safe.
These details are stored on this device. No online account is needed.

Choose where the files will be saved.
Settings → Select Export Folder
- Choose a folder in iCloud Drive.
- Give the office access to that folder.
- Files are available after upload and sync.
Some settings require the administrator password.

Keep the job together.
Start Project → Name → Create
- Use a name the office will recognise.
- Keep openings and supporting records together.

Name the opening.

Start from a fixed reference.
A datum is a reference for your measurements.
- Set horizontal and vertical references.
- Keep them in place throughout the survey.
Measure on site, then enter the values in GrandVerify.
1:02 · 05 / ENTER MEASUREMENTS
Record the edges. Capture each change.
Use the fixed datum lines throughout the survey.
- Measure the tightest position along each edge.
- Record every change in size.
- Enter offsets in millimetres.

1:11 · 05 / CHECK EACH ENTRY
Check the value. Check the direction.
Each measurement creates a reference line.
- Work around the opening.
- Check each entry before tapping Add.

1:19 · 05 / COMPLETE THE REFERENCES
Complete the corner references.
All four corners now have reference intersections.
- Check the position of every corner.

1:24 · 06 / DRAW THE OUTLINE
Join the corners in order.
Select the intersections around the perimeter.
- Check that every edge connects.
- Tap Done, then continue.
The outline should match the opening on site.
1:35 · 07 / VERIFY ON SITE
Check it while you are still on site.
Compare the calculated dimensions with physical measurements.
- Confirm only when the checks agree.
- Correct any discrepancy before continuing.
Verification depends on the measurements you take.
1:46 · 08 / CREATE THE DOCUMENTS
Create the drawing and report.
Opening Complete
- Create the required DXF and/or PDF.
- Add an opening photo before finishing.
- The required documents are set in Settings.
Required documents and an opening photo come before the Pro prompt.

A dated record of site conditions.
Take the opening photo inside GrandVerify.
- Watermarked with the user, date and time.
- Record conditions at the time of survey.
- Keep the photo with the survey documents.

- On Opening Complete, tap Finish Opening.
- Choose Subscribe to start a purchase.
- Or choose Restore Purchases.
First create the required documents and add the opening photo.

Review the terms. Continue to Apple.

- Check the price and renewal terms.
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available.

Already subscribed? Restore your purchase.
Restore Purchases checks your Apple account.
- Use the Apple account linked to your purchase.
- After access is confirmed, finish the opening.
Finish saves the files to the selected export folder.

Or send the files from the project.
Project Documents → Send
- Find the required opening.
- Tap Send beside its PDF report or DXF.
- Choose an available sharing method.
An alternative to saving into an accessible iCloud folder.

Hand over geometry, not a page of numbers.
PDF + DXF + site photograph
- The PDF records dimensions and corner angles.
- The DXF carries the opening geometry into CAD.
